Modus Operandi -  Start paying for short term rental accommodation then extend and fall behind with all kind of excuses.  False POP's sent .

To potential customers do not use their services they operate illegally from the accommodation they stay which is unhygienic and you are at risk of getting infected. 

TO ACCOMMODATION OWNERS IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS DO NOT Rent to them they are NON payers and members of Legalwise so they aim not to pay and then tries to threaten you with legal action.  They are excellent at playing the victim card meanwhile they are free loaders . Anybody have physical address for them please contact me we are in the process of taking legal action against them and require an address to serve them. 

Travel using Uber's with an infant and on occasion 2 more small children.
